Come to Mountain View and spend a few days learning the music and dances that are part of our Ozark tradition! The Old-Time Music & Dance Camp for adults offers a hands-on opportunity to learn traditional old-time fiddle music and community-style square dancing at Ozark Folk Center State Park.

Camp days include individual instrumental lessons, group workshops and square dances, giving participants plenty of opportunities to learn, play music together and put those dancing shoes to work. Lessons take place at the Ozark Folk Center State Park, with square dancing in the courtyard later in the evening.

Whether you’re looking to improve your playing or simply want to immerse yourself in old-time music, this is a pretty special way to experience Mountain View, the Folk Music Capital of the World.
