Bluegrass and fried chicken... now that sounds like a weekend in Mountain View! Head to the Ozark Folk Center State Park for two days of live bluegrass music and good old-fashioned fun at the annual Bluegrass & Fried Chicken Festival.

Enjoy Friday evening, Saturday matinee and Saturday evening performances inside the Ozark Highlands Theater. The festival brings some great bluegrass talent to the stage, along with the Ozark Folk Center Square Dancers and plenty of traditional Ozark music and entertainment.

And of course, you can’t have Bluegrass & Fried Chicken without the chicken! The Skillet Restaurant will be serving its popular all-you-can-eat fried chicken buffet between shows on Friday and Saturday. The buffet is sold separately from concert admission, so come hungry!

It’s a weekend filled with great music, great food and a whole lot of Mountain View tradition.
